1. General provisions.
1.1. These terms of purchase and sale of the electronic shop E-beautymarket.lv, hereinafter referred to as the terms, determine the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the buyer and the seller “BEAUTY MARKET” Ltd when purchasing goods in the electronic shop E-beautymarket.lv (hereinafter - electronic shop).
1.2. Please read these terms carefully. By placing an order for goods, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read these terms, they are clear and understandable to him/her, and he/she undertakes to comply with them.
1.3. The seller has the right to change or supplement these terms at any time. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is governed by the rules in force at the time of placing the order. By placing an order after the changes to the terms, the buyer confirms that he/she agrees with them, they are clear and understandable to the buyer, and he/she undertakes to comply with the changes.

2. Conclusion of the agreement.
2.1. The sale-purchase agreement between the buyer and the seller shall be deemed concluded at the moment when the buyer has been sent confirmation of acceptance of the order to the e-mail address indicated by it. Upon concluding a sale-purchase agreement, these terms and conditions become an integral part of the sale-purchase agreement.
2.2. All contracts concluded with buyers are stored in the electronic shop.
2.4. The range of goods specified in the buyer’s order, their quantity, price and other terms become a mandatory and integral part of the agreement at the moment when the buyer is sent confirmation of acceptance of the order to the e-mail address specified by him/her.

3. Price of goods.
3.1. The seller has the right to change the prices of goods sold in the electronic shop at any time.
3.2. In the e-shop, prices are indicated with VAT.
3.3. The price of the goods does not include the delivery costs of the goods, they are calculated at the time of the order and added to the total price of the order.
3.4. The price of the product that the buyer has to pay to the seller is the price that is indicated in the buyer’s basket of goods at the time of placing the order.

5. Product warranties
5.1. The general data of each product sold in the e-shop is indicated in the product description next to the product.
5.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the product in the e-shop do not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the product due to the characteristics of the screen used by the Buyer.
5.3. Each product sold in the e-shop has a certain expiration date, which is indicated on the product packaging.
5.4. If at the time the goods are delivered to the Buyer, the shelf-life of the Goods has expired, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar valid goods or refund the money for the expired goods.

6. Return and exchange of goods.
6.1. Goods of substandard quality are returned and exchanged.
6.2. If the Buyer wishes to return the product(s) in accordance with Clause 6.1 of the Terms, he/she must notify the Seller by writing to the means of communication indicated in the contact section of the e-shop and indicating the name of the returned product, order number, as well as the reasons for return.
6.3. When the buyer returns goods of unsatisfactory quality, the following rules must be observed:
6.3.1. the returned goods must be in proper original packaging;
6.3.2. the product must be undamaged;
6.3.3. the product must not have been used, or lost its appearance (the label has not been damaged, the protective films have not been torn off, etc.) (this Clause does not apply in the event when a low-quality product is returned);
6.3.4. the complete set of the returned goods must correspond to the one received by the buyer;
6.3.5. when returning the product, its purchase document shall be submitted;
6.3.6. the buyer can return the low-quality product within 14 days of receiving it.
6.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods to be returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods specified in Clause 6.3.
6.5. When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to accept such goods and replace them with analogous valid goods.
6.6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for exchange, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, excluding the price of delivery.
6.7. If the Buyer does not like the shape, size, colour, model or set of the purchased product (except hair brushes and combs), the Buyer’s request to exchange the purchased product for a similar product or return the paid money is not satisfied.
6.8. If the Buyer does not like the shape, size, colour, model or set of the purchased hair brushes or combs, he/she has the right to exchange it for a similar product within fourteen days from the date of sale of the goods. If the seller does not have the appropriate goods to exchange, the buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller within fourteen days and receive a refund of the money paid for the goods.

7. Responsibility.
7.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the order, as well as assumes responsibility for any consequences arising from inaccuracies in the information provided.
7.2. The seller is only subject to civil liability for loss (damage) in cases when they have occurred due to the wilful or gross negligence of the seller or its employees.
7.3. The amount of loss to be reimbursed by the seller is limited by the price of the item(s) ordered by the buyer.
7.4. The seller does not reimburse indirect losses (lost income, etc.).
7.5. The seller is not responsible for the disruption of the e-shop due to systems, communication networks, stations owned by the third parties or third party services used by the e-shop.

8. Protection of intellectual property
8.1. Product and company names mentioned in this e-shop may be trademarks. In this case, the intellectual property on them is protected in accordance with the law.
8.2. The content of the e-shop website is the property of BEAUTY MARKET Ltd or suppliers of goods, which is protected by law. It is forbidden to copy or use the website or part thereof without the written consent of BEAUTY MARKET Ltd.

9. Personal data.
9.1. The buyer can order goods in the e-shop by registering with it and entering the data required for registration.
9.2. When ordering the goods in the manner specified in Clause 9.1, the relevant information fields provided by the Seller must indicate the Buyer’s personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order of goods: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address of the goods.
9.3. By agreeing that the Buyer’s personal data will be processed for the purpose of selling goods and services (in the Seller’s e-shop), the Buyer also agrees that informative notices necessary for the execution of the order of goods will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
9.4. By registering in the e-shop and ordering goods, the buyer undertakes to protect and not disclose the login data to anyone.
9.5. Personal data is not provided to third parties.
